Unfortunately, it has been six weeks since we received our JQ1390G laser and it is still not functional. We have contacted JQ Laser’s after-sales support team multiple times but have found their support has been lacking. Often they will take days to respond to our emails and frequently ask the same questions we have already provided answers to.
Initially our laser was shipped with the wrong micro-controller, and then a replacement microcontroller was sent without any of the settings for our machine. We had to ask for a user manual for the machine as none was provided. Through our own efforts we have managed to get the laser to cut ‘line’ paths but it still is not able to correctly read the G-Code for ‘fill’ paths.
Becasue of the machine faults and lack of support from JQ Laser, after six week’s we’ve still not been able to complete our receiving inspection for the machine.
